Treated our dogs so nicely.

I've been bringing my little "babies" here for 1-1/2 years now... they are kind and courteous to me and my Mr. T. They listen to my requests and he is exactly as we agreed when i pick him up. I need to be more specific though... I didn't explain something through enough this last time, but we'll get it next time! I want Mr T to have a good experience each grooming appointment, so I always brush/comb out any mats or tangles B4 our appointments.

Moose is a gentle giant. Newfie/Pyres. The manager of Red Rover was so good to work with me to find a time for grooming. The groomer, right away was so cute with him and took several hours to work through his long double coat. Not only were they good to Moose. As I sat in the parking lot waiting for Moose I watched many happy dogs coming for a long visit and others being picked up. I watched the staff entertain the dogs in the play yard. I am very impressed with the business and definitely will return with Moose. Clean facility! Cheerful staff! Dogs coming and going are relaxed and happy! Win/win
