Obedience Dog Training

One of the greatest pleasures in life is the companionship of a dog. They love you unconditionally, they’re fun and they’re great company.

An essential part of living with a dog is its ability and willingness to behave, for its own safety and your peace of mind. So, it’s important that its training starts at an early age.

Training builds confidence, provides mental stimulation and strengthens the bond between you and your dog. No matter your dog’s age, it’s never too late to start training — dogs are always learning.

Teaching simple behaviors like sit, down, stay, come, and leave it are essential for a well-behaved dog. Beyond the basics, you might want to teach your dog more advanced behaviors like “go to place,” roll over, and more.

Group and Private Training

Group training and private training each have their benefits. Pam offers both and she’ll be happy to discuss the benefits of each.

  • Group class training helps your dog learn to focus, even when there are distractions from other dogs.
  • Private training may allow you and your dog to focus more on each other, and the trainer will come to your home to provide one-on-one training.

Whether you prefer a group training enviroment or private training, we’ve got you covered.

Feel free to give us a call today. We’re forming Tuesday and Thursday evening group classes now — and they’re filling fast!
