Reservation Policies

Daycare

• Reservations are required prior to dropping off your dog(s).
• Daycare hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 am-6:00 pm.
• We offer 7:00 am weekday drop-off times with prior notice only.
• Saturday daycare is available with advance reservation only ($25 prepayment required).

Boarding

• Boarding reservations for weekends and holidays require a $25 deposit at time of booking.
• Deposit will be held on account and applied to the associated boarding at the time of checkout.
• Deposit is fully refundable provided the reservation is canceled at least 48-hours prior to reservation start date. Deposit will be refunded and credited to the owner’s PetExec account.
•  No-shows or cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will be charged a $25 per kennel cancellation fee.
• All pets must have proof of current  vaccines to board at our facility.
• Pets picked up after 1:00 pm will be charged an additional half-day.
• All pricing and policies are subject to change at any time and without notice.
